An old dirt bike trick was to fill the bars with silicone caulk. Never head of oil .

All my old dirt bikes (1970's) vibrated so much who could tell-or care.

Loosen your grip on the bars.

I don't have any vibration issues thru the bars myself, just trying to offer a suggestion.
