I have a 2011 650 with stock handlegrips and bar end weights. Over the years I’ve installed a fork stabilizer, progressive springs in the front forks and bar risers. None of these have made a significant difference in felt vibration while riding.

I don’t think I’m experiencing anything out of the ordinary, just looking to see if there’s an easy way to cut down on the vibration felt through the handlebars.

Do you also feel it in the foot pegs and seat? It could be engine vibration and one thing to check is that the throttle body boots are not loose. Also, my 2014 Wee had vibration issues and I got it down to a manageable level by repositioning the engine in the frame cradle.

I tell everybody and nobody listens, but I'll do it again.
$6.99 foam grips. Warmer in winter, cooler in summer, nice fat grip in the hand. Cheap enough to try anyway.

Barsnake
I thought I had mentioned these in a older thread but can't find it. Back-when we were riding BSA & Triumphs we made our own inserts starting with rubber hose. Various recipes of filling the hose with BB s, various aerosol foams and even oil. They work on muting vibrations. I'm pretty sure that the BarSnake company makes a better solution.

Thanks, I’ll check this for sure!
I used to own a 1985 BMW K100 RT It had a handlebar vibration at highway speed that I found really annoying. The fix was to remove one handlebar end weight and fill the handlebars with oil. It worked quite well to reduce the vibration.
Interesting! What type of oil did you use?

Does your bike have crash bars or any other bolt-ons not listed above?
I had terrible vibes when I first fitted crash bars.

Go for a ride and touch everything you can reach while the bars are vibrating.
Does it vibrate at all rpm's?

add some lead shot into bars, see if it helps
