Personally I would pick up a WIX filter at my local auto parts store or a NAPA filter if I needed one quick, NAPA filters are made by WIX, same filter. If I needed one at 2 am this morning then it would be a Fram from my 24hr Walmart, but I would try and wait till the auto parts store opened and get a WIX. I hate fram filters after having one fail, but thats just me. Cardboard end caps are just stupid. My Auto Zone has filters in stock also from Purolator I think. But, Purolators have rubber bands in them for some reason, at least the ones I've opened up. The Suzuki equivalent filter is an easy one to find around here, very common. But, I still order Hi-Flo filters in bulk, cheaper that way and the filter is well made for the money.
Remember you can leave a filter on for more than 3.5K, don't have to put a fresh one on every oil change. Every other oil change I put on a new filter, why throw money away? Ever cut a filter open and see how it's doing? At 3K mine still look new.
