Hi, does anyone have a service checklist for the 600 mile initial service for the 2024 vstrom 800 RE. The dealers around me are asking for $350-400 for the first service. On my other bikes I have always done the basic maintenance myself but this is a new bike so i am a little hesitant. Will there be an issue if i need to use the warranty and if i dont get the initial service done from the dealership. Do you know which nuts bolts do they tighten besides the oil change. Does the service manual have all that info? I'd rather spend the money on that service manual instead. Any advice is appreciated... Also, if someone can share the checklist , that would be super helpful...thanks

Just do your oil and oil filter change, nothing else necessary. I went over most accessible bolts, all tight. Maintenance by owner doesn’t affect the warranty.
Looks normal to me! Change the oil/filter and ride it! Always a good idea to check all fasteners, brake calipers and axle nuts while you're at it. Things get missed on setup and now is the time to catch it.
