Hi All,
I've been a lurker on this sight for quite some time and have been the owner of a wee for about a year. This board is a source of great information for fans of the Strom, and I'm thankful for the folks that maintain this site and the generosity of posters willing to help their fellow Strommers.
That being said, I would like to respectfully suggest a separate forum for the newbies to the site and to the bike. I've seen many threads where some of the old-timers (and even moderators?) get irritated with a newbie that comes on with a question that has been repeated and covered numerous times, but in some cases the newbie hasn't done an adequate search or didn't find quite the information they were looking for. If these questions are situated in the "newbie" forum, those irritated by repeat posts or the same newbie questions over and over again can easily avoid them, and those that like to "educate" :wink:newbies can feel free to participate. What do the rest of you think?
