REAR ABS issue

I have a 2023 1050 DE Adventure. After changing tires to Dunlap Trailmax Missions, I have started getting ABS engagement on the rear wheel. The brake depresses a little further than expected then I get two or three pulses of pushback from the ABS. It usually occurs in a twisty section of road. it doesn’t seem to matter if the road is wet or dry. I am positive the rear wheel is not slipping.
This phenomenon doesn’t seem to occur when braking straight up like coming to a red light or a stop sign. It is not a warped rotor.
Is it possible to damage the ABS sensor when changing your tires? A local guy did the work and is experienced at changing tires.

If the sensor was damaged I would expect a fault to be shown on the dash.

The tire size could be your issue, if its not an exact match on the rolling radius when cornering.

Ask if any others have fitted the same tire and had issues.

Is the guy experienced at working on bikes? The sensor could have been damaged if the guy removed the wheel without first removing the sensor, but I would expect a damaged sensor to be an all or nothing thing.

The first thing I would do is check the users handbook (online of you don'thave a hardcopy) then remove and refit the rear wheel just to make sure everything is back in place and torqued up as it should be.
