Dang I just installed the same bars, oh well! Just curious, are they too tall for you ergonomically?

 

Previous owner had installed the same bend/bar already from a different manufacturer and I thought it was stock. 2 inch risers already on too. Was trying to get less pull back to improve wrist angle and move grips forward a little to give a better support platform for standing Adv riding. I even offered to pay a restocking fee and buy the mid bend bars to Chaparral Motorsports. It was 7 months and they said too late buddy. Agent asked if I still wanted to buy the mid bars. With that kind of customer service I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Sorry to hear about that. I have only had good experiences with Chapmoto but I understand your frustration.

Right now my bike is dismantled for many reasons, including adding 3.5" risers with new bars, steering stabilizer, CYCRA handguards. Good luck with your bike.

 

It's bad customer service to deny a return 7 months after purchase?

 

Brand New, opened but unused. Original packaging. I realized too late that the original owner of my bike had already changed out the stock bars. So my measures were off. Past return date. I will cover shipping. Save $20.
