I think I tossed mine, you will need to take off the bar end weights and the bolts that they attach to inside the handlebars. They slide out, I did have to use a hammer to get them out

 

I just installed them yesterday, can’t scan the instructions though.
first, remove the bar end weights. Do not turn those screws out more than 2-3 turns, then use your strength to pull the whole assembly out. Replace the screw with those in a new set, also another thick washer instead of this rubber thingy which you do not need any more, screw the end piece to it and insert back to the bar ends, do not tighten.
Then you need to remove the rubber cover of the cluch lever, for that undo the cluch lever, install a shorter cover from the new set.
then screw out the pivot bolts holding the clutch and brake levers in place, toss them and replace with the new ones in the set. They look similar, just longer.
Now install the covers so that they fit between the bar end weights and the lever pivot bolts, then tighten everything.
