Look for a Shell Lubricants store. The usually have them near the oil depot (OK so I'm basing that on a sample of one, here in Ottawa).

 

Try looking at the local agricultural sales places ( I get 10w-40 at Tractor Supplyco Here ) or the local Truck fleet supply shop.....

 

Any truck repair shops handy ??

I ended up finding Rotella T 5w40 synthetic at Finning (Caterpillar tractor dealer in BC). it was $31 cdn jug. Strange part is the label states it to be distributed by Shell Canada Products Calgary, althought the Shell Canada lubricants website doesn't list it. It is in a blue jug. After conversion that's about double what our American friends are paying at Wal-Mart.
