You get access to the std files for $100 (in USA an Aurtralia and Russia) (of course, to use this, you must have the right equipment from the Woolich. Programmer, and special harness, they have not added them to sale yet). In the file, it is possible to tune up fuel maps, ignition maps, ETV maps, and some others. You can also change the RPM limiter. You can also turn off the o2 sensor, pair, evap, and the error on the front wheel rotation sensor (needed for work on the dynamometer). And you can also turn off the decell fuel cut so that the motorcycle reacts more smoothly to the opening of the throttle, I advise you to try it. This is all that is available for 1050 so far.
There is also the possibility of diagnostics and some tests, like the SDS equipment. And there is the possibility of autotune fuel maps.

Thanks for the work in getting a bike to Woolich! I contacted them about a year ago and sent them pics of my ECU that they requested, but they were not planning on taking the 1050 on at that point.

Does anyone know if there will there be an option to send the ECU to them for flashing?

You need to find a local tuner who will tune the bike for you.
 
I have replaced my own design of the intake stack with one from MTechnology, I liked the solution with the DNA filter used in the air filter cover much better. The engine will also appreciate the increased volume of the airbox

Hello, I would also like to have the ECU of my 1050 flashed. Does anyone know a provider in Germany who works with the Woolich Racing software?
Has anyone already had experience with the processed ECU?

Hallo Sexy Mann, wegen der Woolich Geschichte stand ich mit team-suzuki-mayer in Passau in Kontakt, ebenso mit Knabe Motorsport. Die waren mir aber beide zu weit (400-500km einfach) entfernt. Bin dann mit Deussen Engines (Raum Bodensee) in Kontakt getreten, er wird meine dann in kürze abstimmen. Allerdings nicht mit Woolich Tools. Kannst ja dann hier mitteilen mit wem du weitergekommen bist. Bei Interesse, ich hätte einen Trichterumbau Kit Marke Eigenbau samt BMC Trockenfilter sowie einen Katersatz Krümer abzugeben. Gruss aus Schwaben
 
I think you can get from 5 to 10hp. depending on mods. I created a topic about dyno measurements and described something that I was going to do as soon as it was possible to flash this ecu.
I got really excited to see this thread and ECU flashing but honestly, 5 to 10hp kinda sucks.

Not picking on woolich here. This is a 1049 cc motor and is only outputting only around 105hp in stock form. I though there were a lot more ponies hidden in there that someone could free.
 
The unlocking allows desrestricting the power limiters both in lower gears and for top speed...also allows a tune that dramatically improves the accelaration and ability to take full throttle at lower rpms....bike will run cooler and stronger.....and deleting decel fuel cutoff dramatically improves throllte response when on/off the gas.

These improvements are huge....and the bike will FEEL a lot stronger.

That said the motor is cammed/compressioned and otherwise designed for a very long healthy life and lonnngggg service intervals...and decent mileage....it will never be a big HP engine.....

Ich habe bei Woolich angefragt und diese Karte bekommen. Da werde ich mal bei Anbietern in meiner Nähe anfragen.


@Udo Bodensee ist bei mir nicht gerade um die Ecke, aber ich wäre durchaus bereit eine kleine Tour mit Übernachtung dorthin zu machen. Bitte halte uns über den Ablauf und das Ergebnis auf dem laufenden.

So... For $767 I can unlock my 1st and 2nd that shouldn't have been locked to begin with? 😕

I have no experience in these things either. But I understood it the same way you do.
