Did you need to remove those screws by that number 6701?

 

It gave me a little room to get the hose on. It would be a bear, but probably do-able.

 

I been down that road before. Day before a big trip none the less.

Just replaced my leaky line with Motion Pro Premium Fuel Line in 5/16". Did not remove any additional screws, the MP line was flexible enough to get on there. I used spring clamps because that is what was available; time will tell how well they hold up.

Edit: Time has told. Do not use standard fuel line for this repair. You need Fuel Injection rated line and clamps. My Motion Pro fuel line exploded like a water balloon yesterday. I now have 5/16" i.d. Prestone FI fuel line and the appropriate clamps installed.
