Front Tank Bolt Raffle Fix?

Can anyone tell me how to permanently fix a front tank bolt from rattling?

I've wrapped the bolt with electrical tape as that was supposed to fix it, but it's still rattling.

Is there any other way to prevent this? It's driving me nuts!

That's a new one on me. My first response would be to snug it down. I honestly don't see how that bolt could be loose enough to rattle -- I've got to work a little just to get it out.
