Amber turn signal bulbs.

I bought clear turn signal lenses to replace the amber ones on my '05. I already had two complete turn signal assemblies from an '11 DRZ400S. The problem is...The tiny pins on the clear bulbs that were behind the amber lenses are set 180 degrees apart (straight across from each other) the amber bulbs that were in the clear turn signal assemblies from the DRZ that are now needed on the Vstrom have pins that are offset just a little. So the amber bulbs won't fit in the sockets on the Vstrom.

I figured I would just go to the auto parts store and get some amber bulbs with the pins at 180 degrees. Well guess what..It just couldn't be that simple. They didn't have such an animal.

Does anybody know where I could get amber bulbs (with two pins set straight across from each other) that fit in the place of the clear ones on the Vstrom?

Pretty sure I got mine at Autozone, it was the only one left on the shelf though.

1156A bulbs are what you need. They shouldn't be that hard to find.

Pat- 2007 DL650A was ridden to all 48 contiguous states. I didn't quite make it to 17,000 miles on the 2012 DL650A.
Nicknames I use to lessen typing, Vee = 2002-2012 DL1000s. Vee2=2014-2016 DL1000s. Wee = 2004-2011 DL650s. Glee = 2012-2016 DL650s

That was too easy. I found them already. They just didn't have them at my local Walmart or my local O'Reilly's, last night. (so, I panicked. lol) But, I found them across the bay at the first place I looked, this morning. 1156a was a big help...Thank you, kindly.
