Chain replacement

I think i need a chain and need to know what brand and where is best to get.And also do you chaing the sprockets when you change the chain.I have a 2004 650 you may need to know that.What do you call the plastic pieces the chain runs on?

I think the part you mean is the "Chain touch defense buffer".
