Question Passenger Peg Rubber Cover Loose

The left passenger peg rubber cover is now loose on my Wee. My wife stands on it when climbing aboard - I guess that action must cause it to want to twist.

There does not seem to be a risk of it falling off (at least not yet), but I feel compelled to straiten it out at every stop. I am not sure what went wrong or what is the correct way to permanently correct it. Have any of you had this happen? If so, how did you fix it?

Thanks

Brad

I have the same problem, and it bugs the hell out of my wife.

Just added a couple of heavy-duty zip-ties to mine, and we're getting ready to head out on a weekend trip.

I'll report back...

It seems to be a standard "feature' unfortunately. Don't feel lonely about it.

Despite my wife's best efforts at capsizing both of us while clambering aboard (seriously, she has a hell of a time climbing on, and suggestions as to technique are strictly verboten), the footpeg rubber has remained firmly in place with two zip ties.

Problem solved.
