Fastners

Cleand my air filter yesterday and lost one of those black plastic pop rivit fastners out of the cowling. Anybody know where I can ge some more?

I usually get all my OEM stuff there. For something small, I'd check your dealer... I usually go around to the service department and ask one of the guys if he has any spare suzuki pop-fasteners around... Sometimes he'll just toss you a couple - they have 'em all over the place.

Lowes has them. They come in several different thicknesses and lengths.

Take a broken one with you to compare, although I bought some that were a slightly different size than the OEM and they worked just fine.

I bought a few extras, of various sizes, and carry them with me, just in case.

u gotta put in the year of ur bike, and the model...and then the snaps for the front cowling is in the category of 'cowling body - installation parts'

Got a freebie from my local shop, so I ordered some ProGrip 719 RVGS Gel Grips from them
