Help with dogbone bearing replacement

I was installing a set of lowering links and screwed up the bearing in the lower rear cushion lever. (Note to others, take it EASY!) How do I get it out and back in? CAn it be hammered out and back in or do I need a press?

I ordered from Ronayers here: #3 http://www.ronayers.com/fiche/300_03...280&parent=240

Bearing replacement

I've used a 4" bench vise and sockets to push out used bearings and push in new ones.

This works for linkage bearings on dirt bikes and heim joints on WP shocks so it ought to work for your linkage.

Just go slow and make sure things are lubricated well. I've always used BelRay grease with good results, but any quality grease will work.

Good luck.
