New chain and sprockets

Yep new chain and sprockets going on.
All ready, all the gear.
What, oil under left hand fork seal, tried the film trick which worked on my DR650.
No good still leaking.
Chain later, have the forks to do, oh well.

The chain and sprocket is pretty easy, forks, not so much because a fork seal involves taking the whole front end apart. Just my perspective, but if you have a center stand or bike stand for spools on the swingarm, the sprocket is easy. Two hints before you start. Buy whatever parts you need before reaching for a wrench. In addition to the chain and sprocket, I'd get a new lock washer or two. Spread newspapers out beneath the bike, and get some vinyl exam gloves (makes handling the chain easier). Some chain cleaner to degrunge the sprocket area and rags come in handy. Oh, and blue locktite.

When I did my forks I rebuilt both, so new bushings, seals, dust seals, everything, not to mention fork juice.

Good luck!
