givi tn3101 crash bars engine bolts torque?

I'm installing those but suzuki 4 bolts on each side are very tough to get out,
I bet they should be torque to some specific number, givi doesn't states that.
Anybody knows what's the torque settings there?

ok, found it 23nM but since there was a lot of lockcite bolts hold on tight enough.
