A few weeks ago a whining noise started near the front of the bike. It only does it when the bike is started not when it is just turned on. It doesn't matter if I'm moving or sitting still. In gear or out. Every now it then it will stop, but for the most part it doesn't seem to matter if the bike is cold or warm. Though I will say when I pull the bike out in the mornings once I put it in gear and ride 10' or so its whine is quite a bit louder then after I get going it will settle down to a lower whine. Any ideas? Maybe the fuel pump, but if so can it be fixed? Thanks.
