Signs I need a TBS?

I have a 2008 Wee with about 2200 miles on it. It has never had a TBS. Around 4-4,500 rpm's, mainly just cruising around town, while holding a steady throttle, many times I hear a WAH-OOH,WAH-OOH slight surging, maybe of around 50-100 rpm variation. I can hear it more than I can see it on the tach. I also have what seems to be a high-frequency vibration when the tach gets above 5,000 or so rpm's. I can feel it through the seat as well as the handlebars, while shifting through the gear or on the highway. My gas mileage is usually in the mid 40's either solo or 2-up. Does anyone think that I need a TBS to help with these issues?

I had 11,000 mi on my Vee when I started to notice a bit of abruptness at low speeds, drivability wasn't as smooth as when the bike was new.

I got assistance from Henery the 8th who walked me thru a TBS, and it smoothed out my drivability issue. Seems a tiny bit more energetic as well.

My bike runs sweeter now, and I'm happy.

I habe my Vee synced every 7500 miles as recommended in the OM, improvement is alwasy noticable, this last time, they were quite a bit out of sync.....I think it's cause I ride a lot of gravel roads (about 40%) with washboards

My low-speed throttle application is just a little bit herky-jerky too. I know it wouldn't hurt to have the local Suzuki shop sync it for me.
