Throttle cables placement vs brake lever

DL650 My new brake lever is hitting the lower throttle cable when I apply my front brake. Do the cables run below or above the brake lever stock? Thanks.

Above. on Pre-07 bike I believe the throttle tube is separate from the right switchgear so It can easily be adjusted out of the way. On 07+ bike the switchgear and throttle tube are integrated.

I have to look closer, but I may have to put my stock broken off one back on.

Normally throttle cables go over the switch pod. If they are under they create a nice place for water and/or mud to pool.
