Questions about the 4,000 mi. Suzuki dealer service
I'm right about the 4,000 mile point on my DL650k9.
I want this, my first motorcycle, to last a good long time in great shape, so I want to keep up with maintenance as I should, as it is recommended.
Can anyone help out with answers to these questions?:
- What will be done at a dealer 4,000 mile service on a Wee Strom?
- How much of it can I do myself, with minimal tools at my disposal?
- How much is typical for a dealership to charge?
- Just how important is the stuff they do at this service interval? Is it a moneymaking gimmick or is it for real?
