ABS and footpeg repairs

Hey everybody,

I have an 07 VStrom 650 that I bought about two months ago. The red ABS fail light has been on this entire time and I've tried a couple things to fix it but nothing has worked and now that I crashed from locking up my rear wheel I've decided I really do need to fix it! The slotted wheels are dirty but there's nothing in the gaps the sensors use. Sensors are there and appear clean. Wires look intact however I can't follow them throughout the bike. Fuse works. I've never locked the front wheel up so I don't know if it's specifically the rear wheel or both of them. Any further guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Also my right side peg snapped off in the crash. A quick search shows an OEM replacement would cost $150. I'm in Sacramento. Is there a pick n pull equivalent for motorcycles or some place I can get cheaper parts??? Same applies for the center stand that I snapped.

Thanks all in advance!

E-Bay has a few peg brackets in the $70-$80 range.
