2015 dl650a tank removal

Can I please get some direction on how to remove the fuel feeder line from the tank?

I did read on here to squeeze the blue tabs on the attachment to remove the fuel line. I have tried this several times without luck.

Try pushing the hose into the tank spigot to ease the pressure on the blue clip, then squeeze the clip ears together. The clip stays on the spigot and the black part comes away so you need to squeeze the blue part only.

Pat- 2007 DL650A was ridden to all 48 contiguous states. I didn't quite make it to 17,000 miles on the 2012 DL650A.

When you reinstall the gas line, be sure you push it all the way in until it clicks. Give it a tug to be sure you've engaged the blue clips.
