#530 chain

Looking for some info on switching to a #530 chain.
I've been led to believe the front sprocket from the SV-1000 will fit the DL but not sure about the rear.
anyone know for sure if both SV sprockets will fit a DL -1000?
any help appreciated!

you can use a 530 chain with the existing 525 sprockets just fine as well. but not gaining anything by larger chain. most i know went back to the 525.
i don't know if the sv sprockets fit.

There seems to be a lot better selection in the couple of aftermarket catalogs( i.e. Denniskirk) that I have, for the 530 as opposed to the 525.
I don't have a Suzuki dealer nearby , so I buy a lot of aftermarket stuff.

Went to the local Cycle Gear shop last Monday; not a SINGLE 525 chain in the whole place. No local dealer of any make stocks them, not even the Suzuki shop.
