@$%@& Mirrors

Broke the plastic trim around the mirror while attempting to adjust it. What a bizzare mounting system. I can't get the brass compression fitting to loosen so I can rotate the stem.
Anybody want a set of mirror extenders?

The difference between driving a car and climbing onto a motorcycle is the difference between watching TV and actually living your life.

No. I just replaced mine with factory GS550 mirrors. They are a little longer stem and work great.

Aps4819,
When you say mirror extenders are you referring to something like this?

If so I might be interested?
