Finished 600 Mile Service Today

All in all it went well; took me about 4 hours puttering around including installing my SW-Motec centerstand and Helmet Guardian.

Took awhile to coax all the plastic bits off.

TBS adjustment took about a 1/3 to 1/2 turn to sync it up. I went ahead and routed vacuum hoses back to the side panel for future use as it's tough getting in there...

My TPS was showing the top bar, so I brought that down as well to the middle bar.

STP was fine a @ 1.1Kohm.

Boy, has she smoothed out better than ever than before!

Hey Warren, I guess I need to do the TPS adjustment and throttle body syc, too. Do you know, off hand, what size vaccum tubing you used to extend the TB's?

Thanks,
Bill

Shoot... I believe it was 5/32"... It was lying around the shop, marked as vacuum/window washer tubing.

It is a real pain getting in there... If I had to do it again I would go ahead and yank the tank all the way...
