Re-torqueing motor mounts for vibration

Just curious if anyone experiencing mild to moderate vibration has tried this. I know it helped some of the big thumpers I've owned over the years and after carefully balancing my wee strom I still have some vibration that comes and goes on long rides, at this point I'm positive it's not related to balance. Mine's still tight at 3,000 miles. It is still new though, and I check the bolts periodically. I haven't found a loose one yet.
