Help - Rear Brake Lever Assembly ?

Help.
I bent my rear brake lever and have the new one and have taken apart the assembly, but like an idiot, I didn't take a picture or notice how to put the spring back on. Can someone take a picture or a drawing and show me how the spring fits around the lever shaft and where the ends go ?
I am talking about the big spring that holds the lever up.

Duh-huh.

And if you go here - http://www.ronayers.com/fiche/getyea...pid=220&man=su - you should find exploded diagrams from the V-Strom parts book.

Thanks !!

azsidewalker - Thanks very much. Perfect photos.
Thanks for the effort.
I was trying to wrap the spring around to the other side. Too tight.

I looked at the fiche on Ron Ayers - not much help in this area.

I got it back together.

Could you bend it back?

I just bent mine too. Can you bend these back?

brake lever bent

I don't think its a good idea.
You might be able to bend it, but I think it might break much easier then.

It is pretty brittle.
