Givi topcase rack

I am about to install a Givi topcase rack. How in the world do you get the rubber rack off? It doesn't pull off and I am afraid to break the tabs. help please.

Squirt some lube at the base of the nipples and gently pull them through.

Took the rack off the bike and got the rubber palte off. Installed the Givi top case rack and the box fit up just fine. But to take the rack off again if necessary You can't acess the bolts because of the frid on the plate. So I took the dremmel and trimmed the honeycomb square over each bolt. now I can get a socket on the bolt and take the rack off without disturbing the Givi tip plate.
