Heated Grip Cement

I just purchased the Oxford Heater Grips and the package includes something Oxford calls "superglue". Does anyone know if this can be removed without destroying the throttle tube should I decide to change grips in the future? Would I be better off trying regular grip cement? Any advise would be appreciated!

It will come off if you slowly cut away the grip and peel it off. Oxford sells replacement grips on a single basis should you ever need to replace one. The residue left is crusty and you can carefully scrape the loose stuff off with a knife.
