Another home made luggage rack

I copied another member here and made a rack to fit on top of my Pelican case. I have to add that my brother did the welding and I did the cutting and bending. Here are some Pics.








I coated it with truck bed liner so that I can repair it if it gets scratched.


Here it is on its new home. I have silicone sealer under the bolt heads and on the washers inside the case so it does not leak. I torqued the bolts to 12 ft lbs as to not crush the case material.
