Frame Protectors recommended

For those of you scratching up your painted frame with your boots, I highly recommend the plastic frame protectors by Devin. Great product, great price, and great service. His email is: [email protected]

Thanks for the nice post about my frame guards. I had a post in the classified section. It appears to be gone though.

These are still available though.
I will update the posting.

At the dealer in Waterloo, Canada, 07 frame guards are quoted at C$19.98 plus taxes. Part #'s are 43585-27G00 & 43595-27G00 for left and right. Dealer net is around C$12.00 so there is room to negotiate a discount.

The dealer popped one off a new bike to show me (Sorry Reibs it was yours ). They just plug into the hole for the swing arm bolt which could be a weakness for them getting lost if hooked on something.

DL650K6 - Silver Blue (Wee-Haa)
KLR250 - Kawa Green (Great bike. Sold)
AE50 - Red (Loads of fun as a kid. Kitted to 80cc. Sold)
Some unknown Honda 50cc (Given to me. Nothing worked. Gave it away. Still nothing worked)

Mine were $13.59 each. Just hope they stay in the pivot hole. That is what they are listed as (pivot covers). Perhaps a dab of silicon would help.
