Pat Walsh bits ordered - will the box fit in my Givi E52?

I've ordered Pat's skid-plate/crash bar/oil cooler protector... Question is, do I need to bring the cage when I pick up the package or will it fit into my Givi E52 topcase?

I'd ask Pat but I've bugged him enough and he may not be familiar with the E52.

Thanks in advance,

Martin

I'd bring the cage. Mine came in a fairly large box.

The box is pretty big. If you must pick it up your bike plan on carrying externaly on the rack/back seat. I weighed my racks they were 12# add few for the box.

The box won't fit in the E52.

What if I unpack the stuff (crash-bars, skid plate and oil cooler protector) and ditch the box (there's a recycling bin on the premises) i.e. will the metal bits themselves fit into the E52? Or does the shape/size of the crash bars make it impossible...

It's a truck, and it's a gas-guzzler. Costs me about $7 in gas for the round-trip into town and across the bridge to Michigan vs. $2-and-change for the Wee.
