Call it ugly, but I like the "Peterbilt Mudguard" that comes stock on the V-Strom. To me, it's a safety item.
My Florida license plate now says "MyFlorida.com" where it used to say "Florida", but it is still green-on-white with a teeny orange and some dinky leaves in the middle. Nobody can read the "Florida" part.

Enough is enough! I bought a large white oval sticker with "FL" in the middle of it. The mudguard and the sticker are the same width, so now perhaps the busybodies will not have to drive dangerously close to me to satisfy their curiosity. Of course, some will, but I sure hope some will not.
Anyway, if you wanted a beautiful bike, why did you buy a Dimetrodon?
