Electrojake - - go to E-bay and type in "bar-end mirrors". Dozens of sellers will appear. I purchased a pair of cheapy $18 mirrors and they function well. They are somewhat too convex for my taste because the images are very small. So, to aleviate that problem, I found an old round motorcycle mirror in my storage building that is 2 times the diameter of the E-bay mirrors, somewhat less covexed.
I cut off part of the stem and attached it to the end of the bar with rubber-lined hose clamp which I painted black.
The images in the make-shift mirror are much larger and I have considerably more mirror area to view things. Not bad for $0 cost. I suspect that you could go to your local motorcycle shop and pickup a used round mirror for a few dollars.
