Suspension upgrades for DL 1000

Have you replaced the springs and done a gold valve job on your fork? If so, how did it work? Are you happy with the results? Which springs did you use?

Have you replaced the rear shock? If so, which manufacturer? Did you get an external reservoir? What settings did you start with for compresion, rebound and spring preload?

I've done the whole thing, front and back, sonic springs 9.5 for my weight and gold valves, Wilbers shock in back, with preload, both fast and slow damping adjustment and remote preload adjustment, everything works great. it's like riding another bike especially off road.
