Best Place to Locate Hi/Off/Low Switch for Grip Heaters?

Hey it's the Newb again (just purchased my first Wee, '09).

I've installed my grip heaters and put the Grip Puppies over them. Now I'm wondering where the best place/most folks have mounted their activator switch?

On my old KLR I put it on the left side into a plastic cover I wouldn't be taking off (much). I could do the same on the Wee but I will be taking that left side cover off from time to time which I can do but it would be a pain to keep pulling the switch connectors off every time. I could put it on the left side of the dash but I wanted your folks input, why re-invent the wheel?

Thanks in advance!

Scroll down to the switch plate...

Or make you own with some aluminum plate. I did similar on my DRZ.
