I 'm going to Northern to take a look. If you cut 3 or 4 inches off the bottom and reweld them the size would be just perfect.
Love the construction not too enamored with treadplate design.

I think they look pretty good, decent price and looks like a durable construction.

At 19" deep though you may have to mount them higher up then other bike specific panniers.

$150 each is approaching true pannier price, and these are 15 lbs. each, not exactly light weight. In comparison, Happy Trail panniers weigh around 8-9 lbs. each. I really shouldn't be judging weight though, I have a pair of ammo cans on my KLR, and those are far from light.

These would look good on a pure utilitarian bike, like the KLR, but I doubt I'd put them on a Strom.
