Highway pegs, ect.

Hey all, I keep hearing about these highway pegs and was just wandering where I could look at some. I am new to the strom and have yet to find all the cool add ons. Any help would be appreciated.

Doesn't the Pat Walsh guards have holes for pegs? If so, why did you go with the clamp-ons?

I'll likely get the Pat Walsh guards too. I was wonding if instead of pegs, could you mount sliders on the engine guards and use those as pegs? Would that be a bad idea? I figured the sliders on the guards would just give you that much more protection, but I'm sure since they wouldn't be on the frame, if they'd really do any good.

Is the above just too dumb a questions to answer?

No, it is not a dumb question but I can't answer it. I am not familiar with Pat Walsh products, sliders or pegs. Maybe some one else can step up to the plate with experience and knowledge.
