ASV levers finally arive... somewhat...

So last night I got my ASV levers in the mail. Once it stopped raining I took my bike out and got to work on installing them. I must have spent a good hour like a moron trying to figure how in the hell I was supposed to get the awkward looking clutch lever to fit in the stock clutch casing. After being totally baffled, I went to the break lever, removed it, installed the new ASV lever, all in about 5 minutes... hmmm. I go to ASV's website, and sure enough.... they sent me a DL1000 clutch lever!!! Ack, I waited 2 weeks, and now I gotta call them today when they open and try to get this sorted out... Always an issue lol.
[/rant]

In any event, the brake lever I installed is pretty sweet, I'll post pics tonight when I get home. Hopefully ASV will expedite ship my new part and pay for return shipping on this one.... I don't think it would be fair for me to cover the cost of their mistake.

they were more, $250 for the set. If you've got the money to blow, the quality, feel, adjustability, and look are well worth it! They are unbreakable (so they say) and have a 5 year replacement warranty (even if YOU break them).

ASV has the newly introduced "F3" series available now.

Forged v. billet.
3 year warranty v. 5 year
shiny v. mat finish
Look exactly like C5 other then finish
Black, Red, Blue, Gold colors.
$180 per set v. $250
Far better lever as the similarly priced Pazzo, CRC, CRG copy cats of each other.

pm your e-mail address and I can send you photo image of them as they are not yet on their website.
