Night Rider LED install advice needed

Has anyone installed one of the Custom Dynamics Night Rider LED's? I have before on my Honda Sabre, but it looks like the brake wiring is harder to get to on the DL1000. I want to install it on the license plate frame and wire into brake wiring without having any wiring exposed.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Yeah I'm running one. But I have mine mounted on the back of the luggage rack below my top case so that might not help you. The brake wiring is probably in the same place on a 1000 as it is on my 650. I used posi-tap connectors to connect to the brake wiring and add three pieces of wire. Then I use posi-lock connectors to add just about anything I want. So far I have the night rider, the top case and my fuse box switching wire running from there. It bundles up neatly and just runs along the rail.

It's a 10 minute job to remove the entire rear fender and expose all the wiring. That's about as easy as it gets.
