my horn button needs viagra....has become flaccid. when riding off-road, horn starts beeping fulltime (and i have a stebel on it). i gotta reach down and pull the
red button out, but it will not stay there. any suggestions other than a new $85 switch cluster for the left side ????

You mean the button seems to stay depressed and does not pop back up fully? If so, take it apart and check the spring. Maybe it's not seated correctly or broken, etc.? Sand the button edges and parts so that there is no friction. Maybe the contact between the button and the housing is bent or something, where you could bend it back so it doesn't contact too early.

Keep your feet on the pegs and your hand on the throttle.

It sounds like you didn't use the relay that came with the horn and fried the switch.

The grass may look greener, but there is probably more POOP in it!

sorry colombo....time to hang up the raincoat and put out the cigar. have a loverly relay mounted on the right corner of the tank. the switch works fine as long as you are willing to pull it out manually....guess i'll try to take cluster apart and replace with a stronger spring.....
