I made a shorty w/s, what do ya think?

I had a cafe styled w/s I got from JCWhitney and put it on a 1st gen Goldwing that I had done up like a muscle bike, but i decided it didn't fit right and gave no protection anyway so it sat for a few years. Then I cut it down to fit my sister's V30 Magna, but she wanted a bigger w/s, so it sat for a couple more years. Until today.

I just drilled a couple of holes and screwed er on. It looked pretty good so I smoothed the edges with a file and took it for a ride.

Its only held on with two screws, the wind will secure the upper part--it feels quite stable and securely attached.

It looks kinda racy to me--wind protection is not too great, but it is quiet on the road, no buffetting because it's short.

It looks pretty good. It could be the skull, though.
