Can someone tell me what this is?

I have no idea what this thing is, its wired back to the battery and don't see wires going anywhere else

Looks like a 12v cig lighter socket of some sort.

headstomp,
What you've got there is the aftermarket Stebel air horn. If its hooked up, you'll blow your ear drums if you're not wearing ear protection when you push the horn button. It's a great accessory!

As mentioned above, it is a Steble horn. In order for it to work though it needs more than just wires to the battery. Normally they are wired using a relay actuated by the horn switch.
And no the 12v outlet in the other pictures is aftermarket.

haha nevermind, its the horn, me and my room mate just about died laughing when i checked it, that was one thing i didn't check when i bought the bike on friday, that is so awesome
