Tank Bags

I think I want to get a tank bag for my vee, but I am not sure what to get. I want it too be pretty secure, because it will annoy the hell out of me if it moves around whoie I am riding.

Has anyone ever tried SW-Motech's fuel cap ring mount?

Thanks

how big a tank bag are you looking for?

I've used a Joe Rocket Manta to carry small stuff and it is practically immovable.

I use a Nelson-Rigg expadable magnetic bag. I can't remember the model at the moment but it is very similar to their ssc-120. Mine is no longer listed on their site. It stays put very well though.

I just bought this one: http://www.newenoughhp.com/closeouts..._tank_bag.html

It barely fits but it fits and I can still see the instruments over it. Not bad for $17!

I have two, small and larger and love them.

Small ("Daypack" model)

Larger ("City" model with optional map pocket)

I have 3 other tank bags that I paid about a hundred bucks a piece for that I never use cause I like this one the best. http://www.cyclegear.com/spgm.cfm?L1...m=FTL_CAR023_G

& I bought mine at the regular price, might have to get another one at this price.
