Just got back

Just got back from riding my 03 1000 after taking out the secondaries, adding 1 more tooth on the rear sprocket and switching to Castrol Synthetic oil. Bike accelerates harder, better throttle response. less chudder. Low end throttle response is much crisper. Entire bike just seems more powerful and smoother. Wish I'd done this about 16,000 miles ago.

Have you remapped the FI? Or a PC?

The secondaryectomy is on my short list too.

Let's go!

Same situation for me. What I noticed after removing them was much crisper throttle response, particularly at lower RPM. On compression braking, it has more of a "growl" now as well..
