17" Front wheel

I have done a search and didnt have much luck.

I am looking at the posibility of getting a 17" wheel for the from of a DL1000, wondering is anyone has done this. IF so what wheel did you use?

Trying to accomplish.

Looking to have two sets of rims one 17" pair for the canyons and such cause I get better street/track rubber in that size and then TKC 80's on the dirt wheels.

Regarding the SV1000 wheels that was what I thought but wanted to confirm that the disks etc shared the same bolt patterns.

Thanks for the info, will have to check them out at the dealer.

There's an article on the VSTOM message boards with photos. You'll have to do a search. It looked like it bolted up but left a large space between the fender the tire as well as throwing off the speedo pretty significantly.

Come back with you shield or on it!
