DRZ400E handlebars on my Wee

So Iv'e only had my 09 650 ABS since Thursday last week and have only had a few little squirts around the streets due to my brocken left wrist being in plaster (1 week to go YAY!) but cant stand the shape of the stock bars. I've been riding dirt bikes for 33 years so thats what i'm used to. I traded my 06 DRZ400E on the Strom but still had the stock bars in the garage so thougt I'd have a look at how they would go on the Wee with some raisers. Found some height adjustable raisers -20mm to 35mm- for AU$34.95, installed at 35mm and good to go. I grabbed the bar pad at the same time for $5. The bars sit a little higher than the stocky's with heaps less backsweep and a little more width. What an awsome change it has made! Now feels like a big trail bike. I'm 6'4" with 35" inseam and long arms so it fits perfectly for me. Only issue that has popped up is the hand guards hit the fairing about 5mm before the steering stops on full lock, but they flex so no worries for me. No cable or control issues at all either. in fact there is a bit more slack due to the less back sweep. Peg lowering kit next up I think.
Here's a few pics.

Congrats on the bike, it's real nice looking.
Those bars make me want to give them a try!
I'm wondering if they make you lean forward more than stock?
